20 char limit and thats it

Guess thats why they actually made shared stash.
We used to be able to create hella loads of accounts with one cd key. Meaning we could have as much chars as we like.

Is the 20 character limit for online? Or does it apply to offline also?

I remember all those mules, one for gems, one for armor, one for weapons, one for really good stuff, etc. Every one a barbarian for some reason

And the shared stash is just not big enough. It was the one thing I gave feedback on in the alpha and both betas: "brilliant remaster, really happy, needs more shared stash space". I mean, they must have seen plugy while doing research to create D2R, why would they think players would only want three measly tabs of shared stash. Diablo players are packrats by default.
