I decided to get rid off all my stashes and start from scratch so Okami is my only character atm. I guess I'll start my Septavirate now. My next char will be a MA assa or some pally build.

Act1 was pretty easy. Corpsfire put up the toughest fight. I did the whole thing on p4 and will probably keep it that way. p8 will take to long but I still want to level at a somewhat quick rate.

Act2 was way more interesting. I accidentally put it on P8 and didn't notice until I got to the maggot lair. It had been 20 mins and I still hadn't made it to level 2. Every beetle was a challenge and I was going to stop playing. Then I checked the player seting and changed it to one just to get through. At level 22 I gambled a rare maul for mysel and a scythe with ctc amp on it for my merc(blessed aim) At the arcane sanctuary the summoner was on the multi level path(the last one I checked) Since he has almost no health I ran up to him and attacked. I was out of the blessed aim radius and I just kept missing and he kept launching glacial spikes. He almost killed me but I tp'ed out in time. Then comes Duriel. I think for the first time in my entire D2 gaming experience I found the orifice in less than ten seconds. It was just right there. I had the staff on weapon switch so I dropped it in and went to fight little D. He was taking no damage at all. I had to tp out cause my merc and sage were both dead. I checked to see how much damage I was doing and it said something like 1-6. I hit "w" and proceeded to kick his but.

I'll do act3 tomorrow on p1 because I hate that act.

After enough rest from battle with NM Ancients, Nihlathak, Lister&Co and Baal I started my journeys in Hell. Fire Immune monsters are my greatest problem so far. I feel I could not go farther until I equip and train my hireling enough to be able to kill most hell fire immunes at least at players1 mode.

Now I’m doing Mausoleum runs, -- nice quit plaice, lots of valuable items, good experience gain, relatively easy to kill monsters.

Fire Enchanted bosses caused me many troubles until because I was afraid to take their explosion in Hell difficulty HC. However eventually I found a way to deal with them. If you played druids before then you know that they cannot die shifted, -- if you take too much damage you get de-shifted to human form with single life point. So I tested single FE boss and survived. With 60+% fire resistance I take only about 200 damage on FE explosion, not much to afraid.

Unfortunately I still meet dangerous monsters, that I cannot handle: LE+(one of FE, CE, Spectral), LE+Conviction, Extra Strong+(one of Fanaticism, Might), Cursed+Extra Strong, and so on. Sometimes my rogue can kill them for me, sometimes I can park them in the far room, but most frequently I had to teleport to town and save&exit. :(

Lars did Act I and the outdoor half of Act II. He has now the Staff. He now does up to 2.5k Damage after I have hired a Might merc for him and upgraded the Bonesnap to exceptional. I although made an Insight Partizan for the Merc. All my mana problems are now gone (120 Mana and Lvl21 Warcry are not a good combination).

Well after some absence from the ladder it was time to bring out my hunterdruid, but looks like he is leaning towards a Volcano hunter, otherwise I will have a very hard time later in the game but for now he is using his small wolves and Ravens to kill and the merc helps alot aswell. He have almost cleaned out the entire act2 and maybe he will hopefully kill duriel today or maybe I will wait until tomorrow, will prolly need some sleep tonight.

He have reached lvl 24 and is doing really well, was lucky and found Cleglaws gloves which gives me knockback and the monsters a slowed and that made some improvement.

Moved Lars up to the Lower Kurast WP. Now that Berzerk is maxed I am working on Battle Orders. After that I will max Shout. Shout only synergises with Berzerk, but helps extend the length of my warcrys a lot and it enables the merc to tank some more. Which is good because I need the Mercs Meditation-Aura really bad to solve my mana problems.

Yes I know that I said that I would go to bed but hey, I can sleep when I'm dead playing was way to fun today. And my little furry friend got all the way and killed Mephisto, act3 was a total breeze but I did chicken out and killed meph on players1 :D .

Volcano and my tanks took care of both him and Duriel. He will be ready tomorrow to enter act4 and begin his journey to the CS and kill big daddy. He is actually really fun to play and I have some hopes of atleast get him to conquorer, hell will prolly be hell for him but that's why it's called hell isn't it.

All I need is half a level and Grizzly will be available for him, but I will only put one point there at the beginning and continue pumping Volcano instead. Have given up the idea of using a bow for now, he is using Sander's Superstition and Milabregas Orb. Have actuallt found some low-level set and unique today.

Preparing for Baal right now, doing shenk / eldritch runs for some better levels. Poison Explosion damage just went over 1.1k =). Once I reach level 45 will do a few mephisto/andy/coldcrow runs for some tarnhem or gull, walking around with 30% mf isn't too cool =/

My little druid is now a Destroyer and have converted to be a pure Fire/Summoner druid, have wasted 2 points in HoW otherwise it's perfect.

Killing Baal wasnt a problem took awhile to kill him with my Volcano though. His minions wasnt a problem until the last pack which I had to park outside, they were to strong to take care of.

Will do some more baalruns before I get to NM

Jude was doing NM Mephisto runs and wasn't taking particular notice. After you do a few runs they tend to just blend in together.
Mephie decided to throw one of his lightning fits. The first one he threw in ages and we weren't looking. "Deeds" again. One day I will get this right.

Take my condolences, seige. Mephisto’s charged bolts are tough. I guess during the MF runs you where low at lightning resistance, don’t you? Good luck with the next char. I hope we’ll see him higher at the ladder soon!

A also had my first de-shift upon near-death yesterday. Very scary! Should be more careful.

Speaking on topic, I got another level, so I’m now at character level 80.

Im thinking about not using RWM. Maybe I switch later to RWM if I ever get the runes for Oath. It's that ok with the rules?

Made huge progress with Lars. He is now in Act I HELL. Still doing great. His resists worry me a little bit.
Next think to do is running the countess. I need the runes for Smoke and Obedience, a Thresher for Obedience, a Dusk Shroud or Wire Fleece for Smoke and finding a Raven Frost would be nice too...

Decided to start a HC Concentration Barbarian for the ladder about a week ago. I am not that good at other characters so I chose this to start my 1.11 HC.

Now sitting in act 1 Nightmare after lvling to 50 from normal Baal runs! Found some good stuff for my merc (unique pike, and Duskdeep)
Also early on my new sorc found bloodfist and aldurs rythum, so he is doing pretty good at the moment.

I won't be using RWM since the only runeword I want is stone.

Just fried Duriel's humongous buttocks. Guess I shouldn't have left the game on p8, since I used up all of my 8 mana potions and 5 of my health potions on the belt. Mercenary died in under 5 seconds. :rolleyes:

Mephy dropped a Tal's mask for my mercenary, so I won't beat him up too much. ;)

Diablo died a horrible death. :evil:

I'll try my best to avoid the city of the damned in hell, once in nightmare is enough. All those lightning immunes... my mercenary was surrounded by an entire army of them at one time and died in roughly half a second. Luckily for me, there were some non-LIs there, so I CoS'ed, fried them, and then laid down some death sentries. What followed was a carnage of epic proportions.
