I'll have to keep that in mind, I never bothered getting a full armor set until now.
Tal Rasha's Amulet dropped by 
Normal Travincal Council! Couldn't believe my eyes the green amulet was Tal Rasha's, I had though it would be Angelic's or Cathan's.
I did not even have much MF, the toon was a level 23 Shape Shifting Druid with Tarnhelm as MF gear only. Maybe MF in Normal difficulty can still be rewarding.
I can't believe it, the second Tal Rasha's Amulet dropped in Normal Arreat Plateau. If this is not coincidence, I don't know what is. Same druid, this time level 34 with no MF whatsoever.
