Beast mode: ON :D

For the last 5 years or so I was somewhat actively searching for high resolution images of runes in D2. Without much success. But then at one point in time, a friend of mine offered to draw me the ones in question.
And finally, after all this time I have fulfilled my quest:
I got my Beast runeword tattoo!!!

I know that this is shameless self promotion and quite pointless thread, but damn people, I can't explain to you how much this made me happy :jig:

yeah man, gotta stay up to date. Not like they're going to release another patch anyways. I'm sure 1.13 was just to get people exciting for D3.

Saying you're an enigma does sound pretty douche :p

I've always played SP, so no infinity, and enigma didn't appeal to me that much.
Plus I'm a metalhead, so Beast gets style points.
And only Beast I've ever made in game was this:

I've made it for my skelliemancer (normal weapon for low STR req):P
it was later used by my kicksin with great results though :)
And I don't regret not making it in a zerker for a second ;)

As for Wind, no appeal either. Beast was the one I was after.

I always thought Ber had such a nice design. I guess all runes would make a nice tattoo; except Vex - that one always reminded me of a bird with gigantic phallus in erection.
 
I wanted to achieve effect that would be result of this, hope I (actualy tattoo artist) succeeded.
At first I was thinking about doing it like this, but vector art tattoo isn't smth I'm really into and plain black shapes are too generic :P
Besides, this looks more brutal :D
 
Man, my wife would eat my d*** if I came home with that on my arm. You'd see me on the News in the hospital no joke. Especially would go bad when I tried to explain myself.. "Uh its from a PC game, you know.. Diablo 2? Its the runeword "Beast".. Get it?" haha Mad respect for you though, I wish I could do that kind of stuff. I am not allowed to get tattoo's unless approved by her. Which consist of fish, butterflies, birds.. SOO no tatts for me! When I feel really down, I just go buy some 50. cent tattoos from the local grocery store. Last one I was sporting was a "Power Ranger" too bad it was only good for 12 hours :( Oh well!

I sure do. And people that I touch sometimes bleed for certain amount of time. It can be quite strange at times.
