Exactly if say they're allowed to PM him, and he can relay those messages to others...then that's active I would say. If instead the ability is that as long as he's alive, they're allowed to use some other method of conversing that doesn't require him doing anything other than being alive, I'd say that's passive.
 
Maybe it differs between town and mafia but our group was asked to keep all of our game talk within our provided QT. Day talk is passive.
 
Well, Numbers, I expected you to come out with it by now, but you haven't. Are you going to admit to being unfound or not? Do I need to do your dirty work for you?

@mouse: this was the passive comment I was talking about. Kestegs claims to protect pharphis, zauper states as a fact that it is passive. What makes him jump to that conclusion?
 
I am basically ignoring ba. I remember doing the same thing in the "jcakes eats a bus" mafia game. I got the town to focus on killing the sk while my mafia brothers ended the game (for those that don't know I was a confirmed scum thanks to an epic bus from pharphis)
 
Why not ask him in your QT?

If you think that I would come back from the dead, and be who I was and return to form then you are crazier than I am because that would be straight up stupid. I would be killed or lynched immediately making it worthless.

I never understood why neutrals always skew town, and I will tell you right now that Gwaihir is hiding something major.

It would benefit you very much if numbers answered my question. I swear on my mafia existence I was in the dead thread.

Oh I see jcakes, we were talking about two different things. It is odd the zauper reached that conclusion. I would think that you would have to say you are jailing X person, making it an activated ability. Drixx did say that night was crazy, I'm not sure how things work during the night. I have to wonder if there's a stack. Like the 1st action submitted is the first action implemented. If there is a stack, then if laarz submitted his action last, then it would make sense why he was told that the action failed.

Town didn't even oblige my crazy *** by lynching me, you think I am going to help you more then I already have without something in return? I know exactly what he's hiding. Keep ignoring me though.

Well I find it interesting that numbers knew what bonus ability Gwaihir took. Kind of interesting isn't it?

You not lynching me is fine, the same result from you trying to lynch me tonight will be achieved the next day phase just my former mafia won't have daytalk.

You'll listen to me, and eventually you'll realize I have information to help you. Now that I can't get lynched today, the posting fun is gone.
 
BTW Kegs I missed you in the dead thread. Thought we could hug it out before we both returned. Next time you die, pop your head in to say hi before moving on. You returning was more obvious than Ricky Martin being ***. (That's the first thing I thought of, that's kinda messed up)
