Ender's Mafia Game

How interesting that Goryani seems to be the nemesis of the game and his most likely target is definitely a town member, yet he's "not" mafia. Drixx was pretty much the only one able to confirm his alignment and he died immediately after claiming cop.

I don't like either of them, they both smell funny, but I don't trust zemaj and hes voting for Val, and I don't trust Thyiad and shes voting for Val. What do do, what to do.

^This...I'm getting that "I'm new so I must be town" vibe like crazy.

As far as claim...1) I've never liked it and never will. 2) I think Pyrotchnician knows

It would be Ender, maybe someone else but I doubt it. Ender went up against Bonzo's authority in the book, not by his own choice; driven to do so because Bonzo's requests and commands were superfluous. Ender was forced to defend himself in the end against him, resulting in Bonzo's death.

We only have Goryani's word that he is Bonzo, I can see his claimed role being some one else.

I think his claim is pretty shifty, I'm confused on that point as well.
I figured he'd make a more believable claim. His ability seems overpowered.

I found an entry about this Bonzo guy in what seems to be the book's encyclopedia and it only states Ender as any sort of rivalry. I don't see how the character eponymous of the game we are playing would be anything other than a townie.

So, another day without a lynch? And still no one suspecting that Goryani's claim warrants no lynch? It's like we were playing a Diablo II mafia game and someone would claim Baal and said that he isn't mafia, and that he only needs to kill, I don't know, Nihlathak, to complete his win condition. It makes no sense.

actually, if I am going to continue to be a red-herring, then I am more than willing to be lynched, so long as any of Gwaihir, Philli, Thy, or Val lock me. :nod:

assuming their townie-ness, not one of them should have a problem with that.

For those who know lore, who would be this Bonzo guy chasing and why?

I am pretty sure I saw this answered, but in the book he tried to kill Ender.

Could any players with more current insight to the book give a review of the role-claims & flips in my post #661 & see if any thing strikes you? I would be very interested in any thoughts.

Town so far is Ender's jeesh and his siblings. Makes sense. So far we have one mafia being an adult and one likely mafia in Bonzo. So basically the people who made Enders life hard. Mazar might also fit into that category.

Interesting how the mafia went completely silent yesterday hoping to stall another day. We have only lynched one mafia from at least 4 and people are still wasting their time. Goryani is an obvious mafia and I will very much call his bluff.

Goryani, use your shot on me. However you want to see it, it benefits you in your made-up quest and helps the town: you get one person less on your search for a "target" and the town won't stop wasting their time on a very stupid lynch train.
