Create Your Own Role Mafia game

True, we could have. Do you think the town would be in a better or worse position if we had lynched you over Bad Ash?
Same position since he was town as well. We were bickering at each other most of the time. The thing to look at is the reactions of others to me accusing him and him accusing me. And who voted for him and me.

You do bring up a good point though, after finding out you were spammer, the people jumping onto the next easy lynch are going to be suspect as it's the perfect cover.

I guess I was the one that started that trend, switching from Moar to BA. I thought it unlikely that we would get the 20-30 posts in the remaining time (technically could have, but not really in a fun way, and even then not guarenteed). Moar pointing out that she was the spammer also gave her some town cred in my book. So between her looking more town and the difficulty of lynching her, I went for the person I suspected second most.

Agreed. Staring at the paper to see how to make proper notes is hard enough with this game.

Lol, yeah. Went all out excel style, but still find mistakes in it when I look back for info. First time I tried - it is useful but holy crap tons of work.

Spammer.
Don't understand why you didn't lynch me last day.

I was kinda thinking in my head about this (no notes for me) and the "not wanting a mislynch" is really only part of the answer. Gamesmanship is the other reason. It is satisfying to see the role utilized the way it has (kegs can be even more satisfied creating it). Both Sath and Moar have stopped lynches dead in their tracks with excellent use of this role. I didn't see either of them coming. Even if you both are scum and live to see another day, it still puts a smile on our face how you outsmarted everyone. It would not be within the spirit of the game to post a bunch of crap for victory, you both did it the right way.

Well done you too. It is actually a fun role for this game, even if it is a little scummy (like its creator).

And just to be clear: I'm not the king.

I'm also on board for a no lynch unless someone looks really obviously scummy.

With Flubbas absence, it is kinda hard to do anything. Did he get a chance to submit a name?
Not wanting to really answer for the guy, but on Tuesday he mentioned he was waiting for the patch at the airport.

Assuming the person that is scummy is the king or we can't figure it out, of course. Guess I should start with some notes, lol.

Look at his post history. He's been active. Even if he didn't submit a name though, there will be a king. It's automatic.

Actually this is the problem. Even if someone is obvious scum, if they have the king, should we be lynching them?
Given this scenario, I'm thinking about how we proceed.

How much faoth do you have in the bus driver? I have littlw.
Not much, but you are forgetting that we have evidence of who was targeted. The 3 claimed for the bus driver, agree with the results.

Yes, Yes you should.

You're right, unless the king is confirmed town (doesn't exist) it could all go wrong.

Yes, that.

Of course we're not technically in mylo even with 3 mafia, but I wouldn't want to rely on the bus driver to save the game.

Yes, Yes you should.

Can we determine if the randomly chosen bus driver is town? No. If there are three mafia left and we mislynch today, our only hope is to drive a kill back to mafia. Not sure what you mean by claimed targets in your quoted post. Can you please explain?

Are you talking about yesterdays bus driver or todays? It's a no in both cases, but I get a feeling we are not on the same page.

Which, will be difficult. I agree.

And this is where I think we are on two different pages.

The list of cooties shows that Kegs, Moar, CG were targeted. Kegs said that he targeted those 3 people for the 3-way (hawt). Which is what I was talking about. I don't believe Kegs was lying about the bus driver targets - doesn't make him town though.

Yeah we are on different pages. My last post should have read "randomly chosen king".

I am talking about tonight's bid driver, has to be town and get lucky if we lynch without a town king and there are three mafia. Worst case scenario.

Gottttcha meow.

I see a few scenarios and an still trying to get my head around them as best as possible. Either way, we need to search for scum in the mean time. Weather or not we go to a no-lynch scenarious, finding scum is still required.

The line is "wherefore art thou", no? and in context, it was *google* "O Romeo, O Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo" ... Which I thought was "Where are you dude, I need you noa"

--Now back to our feature presentation--

Sorry, this was bugging me.

http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/262200.html

This is one of Shakespeare's best known lines - from, of course, Romeo and Juliet, 1592. The 'wherefore' here means why rather than where. What Juliet is asking, in allusion to the feud between her Capulet family and Romeo's Montague clan, is 'Romeo, why are you a Montague?'. Their love is impossible because of their family names and she asks him to change his allegiance, or else she will change hers.

I am indeed the King. Don't think that changes anything. We agreed to switch the kingmaker out of the game to avoid a king to alter lynches. I suggest we proceed the way we intented. I won't alter a lynch unless we locked the spammer, or perhaps if I'm feeling vengeful, when I'm locked.

Nonetheless this shouldn't affect our normal scum hunting. Vote stays on moar for now, but these last pages have been interesting to read..

Well I'm back from Denver (I could live there)

I had no access and for some reason was unable to get the site to pull up at home last night or this morning. I will start reading here at work while boss isn't looking and hopefully comment later.
