Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Wow noodles woken up!

TC I would say Goryani as I agree with Caluin Graye his is the bigger payoff.

If I had to nail down the Mafia players (as many as five! - dear me) right now here is my the list - mainly going off yesterday really.

1. Noodle
2. Zarniwoop
3. Technomancer
4. Sathoris
5. Ankeli

If we have two factions going at it I wonder if they are aware of each other - hopefully they might do damage to each other as it seems townies are getting rare!

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I read this as Goryani was targeted by both mafia and the kidnapper. The kidnapper was left "empty-handed". We were very lucky not to lose two townies last night.

Maybe five mafia left? And 6 votes to lynch, 7 votes to lock. Not good.

I'm struggling to come up with a convincing (to me) lynch candidate. A re-read and a ponder are both due ...

Hey Loz - do you think its a good time to use that item I gave you soon or are you waiting till a bit later on?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Krazey, that question has occurred to me also.

My choice of bodies includes Leo, Goryani, Feysal and Laarz, unless I am mistaken.

But who to target as potential perpetrator?

Any thoughts, folks?

That last sentence strikes me as odd. Traditionally, mafia members are aware of the identities of their comrades. If someone has been told they have two partners, and Uraj says there are five mafia members, then they know there are two other members of a different faction. That's just common sense. It almost seems as if you're trying to conceal your knowledge by presenting yourself as a confused townie.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Noodle, with post #504, you conceivably do not believe KI's Scientist claim and by extension, my claim that I received a Kit from KI.

Who else are you suspicious of, given five mafia players in the game?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

We're screwed.

I say Goryani as well. We know what Gorny was.

As far as I'm concerned, everyone playing could be mafia except TC.

Bad Ash and Ankeli are playing the most out of character and are my choices for lynch.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Sathoris and Zarniwoop concern me. Asrrin seems a bit aggressive to me, but I'm not overly suspicious of him. Also, please note that regarding Krazeyivan, I merely pointed out a post that seemed to ask an unnecessary question if one exerted some common sense.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

TC, the Kit can only be used at night.

Zarni - Bad Ash and Ankeli are two of my greatest concerns at this point and I would vote for either. The faintly townish read I had for Ankeli initially has largely evaporated with his near complete lack of scum-hunting this round.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

My concern is that people who haven't claimed jumped quickly on very little last day phase and then all flipped to marahumm just as easily when he was up for a lynch. They know who the town roles are and they are (almost) the majority of players left. Ankeli and Zarni both tried to start a train on me with a "just cause" mentality IMO. I would also like to see ankeli lynched as it seems he is trying to sway people into poor decisions

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I say we go for those who actually defended Marahumm and were against his lynch. The mafia knew Marahumm was telling the trust and now they can claim that they are town since they defended Marahumm. That or a lurker.

I agree with this list. But replace me with Ash. I'm surpised he isn't in there.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Goryani's pretty much the only sensible body to investigate.

Noodle, KrazeyIvan is pretty much confirmed town, as Caluin Graye and Loz verified him. You on the other hand, seem only to start posting on days the kidnapper is mentioned in stories. every other day you are pretty much like a ghost. Are you subconsciously gloating over your anti-town role? You've been a lurker with no real substantial posts this entire game, and I'm completely happy to lynch you or Ankeli today.

What happened to lynch the active and let the lurkers live? :P Out of the lurkers Ankeli, Noodle and Techno spring to mind.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

My scum list definitely includes Noodle, Ankeli, and Zarniwoop. Bad Ash also is on my radar, but he's acting a lot like TC, and TC's confirmed town, so I don't know.

Completely agree with you. Two things I follow to a T, and both are LAL.

Lynch All Liars, and Lynch All Lurkers. You'll catch scum all night and day if you follows these two mantras. Techno has been lurking too, and I'd policy lynch him for not being contributive. But Noodle has been completely quiet this entire game, and has not really said anything of substance.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Wait TC, are you saying everyone that was against Mara's lynch is the most suspicious? Because this would seem like the opposite case. Yes, it is a frequently used technique for the mafia to back the cop because they want to be deceitful. However, this was a very close lynch, and I'm willing to bet that at least one member of the mafia is in that lynch group, because there's no way they would have let chance to lynch a cop slip away.

Here are the people I'm leaning towards town with:

TC - obviously
CalG - Vouched to Krazey and Loz
Assirin - he targeted TC night 2 and TC is still alive. CalG and Him are on the same side, I'm leaning them towards town right now

Loz - same side as Krazey
Krazey - I get the feeling he's telling the truth, no idea why

Everyone else...dunno. Sorry this post is weirdly typed out, I'm on a phone.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Asrrin, I apologize for misspelling your name. Do you have a power? If you do you don't have to review it, but it'd be great if you could give us useful info.

It always feels weird when people agree with me!

But unless we come up with anything earth shattering today I feel my list is a good place to start, but I'm starting to feel like not all of the mafia are reclusive and non involved in debates.

What do we think about Caluin Graye letting us know what he saw last night?
