Re: The Vanilla (Ice) mafia round -Sign ups-

I'll join this one. I haven't played one of these before. Though I followed the last LOTR based one and checked out the wiki linked for mafia.

I contacted most of the missing vets looking for a replacement for flip last game.

I am hopeful a couple of them will come sniffing back around.

Re: The Vanilla (Ice) mafia round -Sign ups-

Child of Hurin you mean? Flip died fair and square.

And I naturally hope for more players as well. We have nine now, which is far too few.

Re: The Vanilla (Ice) mafia round -Sign ups-

yeah, im sorry that i killed Flip fist thing. i hope he's not too mad. it was just random since.... :)

NEWS FLASH:
Last night, at a concert in Katy, a crazed fan jumped on the stage and pored gasoline over her and the star rapper. Friends of the crazed fan stated that she was joking about doing this some day, to protest against all this bad music that has come out as of late.
Sadly, a known and dangerous arson was in the front rows of the concert, and once he saw what the fan was doing, he threw a match at them, turning both into a blazing fireball.
The police haven't been able to release identity of the young girl nor the arson who threw the match.

well, considering Moonsorrow, Swallow the Sun, and Finntroll were here on Friday night and my friend girl (along with several others) are still alive and unburned, this story HAS to be fictional! :D XD

oh, and i just remembered Buzzfest is today. and who's not going? *points at self* THIS GUY! dude, the lineup sucked bawls this year. headling is Limp Bizkit. um, no. don't think so. the only band i was super excited to see was 30 Seconds to Mars, but they just came out with a new album so im sure they will be back here again in the winter or so. Deftones i would've been ok to see and Flyleaf as well. not Limp Bizkit, not Seether, not Three Days Grace (the last two seem to always be at Buzzfest) and idr who else is there today and idc. Limp Bizkit as a bloody headliner? sorry, it killed everything i had lingering in my loins.

dont lie! leos in.

um, thanks for speaking for me, BA. :scratchhead:

i guess put me down as a maybe. i'll see what i can work out since BA wants me in this round, for some reason. most puzzling...

That's disturbingly satisfying.

no, it soon got to be extremely disturbing and i quit at 1000 points.

Re: The Vanilla (Ice) mafia round -Sign ups-

You know, there is an antique (1987) puzzle game named The Fool's Errand which has some puzzles that would work loads better for a "frustration" picture. There was one where all you had to do was click a button. If you moved the cursor over it, it moved away. No matter how quick you were, or if you tried cornering the button, you could never catch it.

There is another even older "game" I remember, named Bomber or something. When you started it, there was always a system error dialog box with a bomb icon. If you tried to click OK, you had to chase it around the screen, but could never catch it.

There was a trick to both games, of course.

Re: The Vanilla (Ice) mafia round -Sign ups-

those sound like some really great games, for when you can't find a sharp enough stick to poke in your eye.
