The most stupid thing you have done in d2

What is it ?
1 I traded uped umed HoZ 189 for amaT 18 18 like 2 months ago ( or was it less )
2 I found Deaths Fathom with decen % and threw it ...
3 Geting my acc robed ... but i dont really know how did this happen

my worst by far was trying to make botd in a 5 sox ba, i put the first 5 runes in picked up the last one then:crazyeyes: :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:just managed not to throw laptop at the wall but the mouse got it good

I accidentally sold an eth 4soc Thresher to Charsi the other day. I had a crap 4soc polearm I was going to use, and thought I had switched them & sold the eth thresher instead =(

I found a nature's peace while MFing on my summon necro, and sold it to charsi thinking it wasn't worth anything.

I think I also did the same with a death's web!!!

I let a guy hell rush me for my forge (in hell difficulty)..a Gul rune dropped, he picked it up and then quit the game. Leaving me stranded in act 4.

This is more silly than stupid, but i feel it's worth mentioning.

I made a game called "O Sex N Lo" and went MF'ing... and eventually someone joined the game. So he said hi and i said hi (him pali, me amazon)... so i wp'd to the rogue encampment and found the innocent pali and positioned my amazon behind him... and then i wrote many "umf umf" "Oh yeaaah" "you like that, dont you" messages... followed by hom going "noob" and leaving

Who's the noob? I gave him what i was offering, lol.

Let's see, this season:
I recently bought a Breath of the Dying Crystal Sword... :whistling:
I sold a good Anni for half of it's value... And a godly charm for a pittance when I really needed the currency... And I have not bought countless godly rares/magics that random noobs sell in games for pgs... Just because I've been unsure/clueless myself. :)

well this was way back, but i died with my lvl 70 something pally then i took other gear to go get my boddy back and died again, followed by a save and exit... thats how i lost my first hoz:_(
and some other stuff, not my proudest diablo 2 moment...

when remaking my gf barb i dumped all his stuff on the ground, deleted him, created the new guy... only to realize i had totally forgot about the merc... which add a 390ish botd war pike, ebugged fort and eth andys, UGH!

bought a grief in a berserker axe for my smither, sure it did great dmg, but the durability got out in 0.1 seconds, and cost milions of gold to repair.

i've done a lot of dumb things when i was younger ("HEY DROP ALL YOUR ITEMS THEN PRESS ALT F4"), but recently i made a hoto without checking the runeword first. i now have a godly vex ko pul thul flail.

LOL. Done that before too~ (The making of a runeword with runes in the wrong order hehe).

when looking for 39x pb grief i bought crystal sword grief in rush. eventually i sold it further...

sorry for slight offtopic but why does the axe with grief loose its dura so fast thanks.

Smiters are very fast and BA's have low durability... That's why Grief is usualy done in Phase Blades which are naturaly indestructable.

I'd not long started playing D2, so every gold and green (and yellow and blue for that matter) was cause for great excitement for me.
My Inventory was full one time so I left an un-id'd gold item on the ground somewhere in Act3, tp'd to town and went to Alkor (why not Ormus??) to sell some gear, to make room ... Alkor trapped me in his hut and in the end I had to S&E as he just would not let me out. Perv. I'll never know what the unique item was <sad>.

Oh, and another newb mistake - selling a Sander's Paragon to Charsi cos it was crap. Still cannot find another one. <tut>
