it isn't that good, but: I have never seen this thing at all! War scepters drop constantly and I always pick them up and look at them, but haven't seen this one. Weird.

it must be in a crowded treasure class or something.

I have seen it a few times.

But i have never seen Hot Spurs beeing dropped.

I *think* I still have one in my (now) non-ladder Shocker. I used it sometimes for, if nothing else, casting of FoH. I think FoH is one the coolest loking skills in the game. I wish there was a way to make a build to use it somewhat in PvM :-(

I killed Diablo with my tesladin and it dropped in normal for me. Quite the coincidence. I used it until mid-nightmare, when I was able to trade for a better sword. It is currently sitting on a mule, perhaps to be used if I ever make another holy shock zealot.

I've got one lined up for my shockdin as well. Needs some IAS, so I'll likely Shael it (As I do with everything).

Personally I wouldn't waste a shael on it. You can kill most things with a few hits from Stormeye or your aura in normal and nightmare, by which time you should have found a sword that can deliver more damage.

My two-handed zealot uses it to great justice; along side max holy bolt he slaughters most things with ease. :)

I mainly just wanted a non-melee way to deal with being IMed.
