To Note
A few unique items have changed with the release of patches. All new unique items found will have the same stats as the ones in the table below, items found in 1.09 may have slightly different stats. Items that have had changes will marked with a * and the change will be listed under the table.
- Unique swords are found in Diablo II and the Expansion.
- In 1.09 of the Expansion the odds of gambling an Unique is 1 in 2000.
- All two-handed swords can only be wielded in one hand by Barbarians, so the 1H damage listing is only applicable to Barbarians.
- Range: Goes from 1 (least) to 5 (most), and is identical for all weapon types. I.E. a 3 sword = a 3 spear = a 3 hammer.
- Weapon Speed (WSM): A relative comparison to other weapons of the same type. 0 is the base -10, -20, etc is faster, 10, 20, etc is slower.
- Dmg Bonus: This determines how you multiply the item damage by your stats to reach the actual damage. Each point in this statistic multiplies your damage by bonus/100 %. For example a damage bonus of 70 is 70/100 or and additional .7% weapon damage per point. Most items have 100 str, which gives 100/100 or an additional 1% weapon damage per point in str.
- Item Level: Chests and monsters must be at least this level to drop the item.
- Clvl Req: The level you must be to equip the item. No D2 Uniques had Clvl requirements prior to v1.07 D2.
Normal One-Handed
Normal Uniques are identical in Diablo II and the Expansion.
1.08 Statistics
Many Uniques changed stats in v1.09. If the item was found prior to v1.09 it will have different stats. Items not listed below didn't have any major changes.
- Blood Cresent: +4 to Light Radius, +60% Enhanced Damage, +15 all resistances, +15 to Life
- Gleamscythe: +3 Light Radius, +30 Mana, +20 Defense, +60-70% Enhanced Damage
- Azurewrath: 30% Deadly Strike, +3-6 Cold Damage, Chills for 4 Seconds, 10% Better Chance of Getting Magical Item, +100% Enhanced Damage
- Griswold's Edge: +(8-10)-(12-15) Fire Damage, +40 Attack Rating, +10% Increased Attack Speed, Knockback, +70-80% Enhanced Damage
- Hellplague: 5% Life Stolen per Hit, 5% Mana Stolen per Hit, +28-56 Poison Damage over 6 seconds, +70-80% Enhanced Damage

- Kinemal's Awl: Adds 6-12 Fire Damage, +45 to Attack Rating, +20 to Mana, +80-100% Enhanced Damage
- The Patriarch: Physical Damage Taken Reduced by 3, Magical Damage Taken Reduced by 3, Hit Blinds Target +50, +50-60% Enhanced Damage
Exceptional One-Handed

- Coldsteel Eye: Hit Blinds Target +1, Slows Target by 30%, +50% Chance of Crushing Blow, +70% Durability, +200% Enhanced Damage
- Hexfire: 3% Chance to Cast Slvl (1-4) Hydra on Striking, Ignores Target's Defense,
Fire Resist +25%, +10% to Maximum Fire Resist, Adds 35-40 Damage, +160% Enhanced Damage
