Wolfbarb off hand weapon question

I'm building a wolf barb and I have a question on what attributes from the off hand weapon would get included. I realize that while I might be holding two weapons only the main weapon gets used.

Besides the Enhanced Damage from the weapon I think that any attribute that included "on hit" or "on striking" would not get included, but that everything else does.

I know that the following would get included
+ skills
Any auras such as fanaticism from Beast or Holy Freeze from Doom
+ Strength/Dex/Vit
+ defense/Defense to missles

I know that the following don't get included
Extra Damage
Chance to cast on striking
Life or mana stolen per hit
IAS

These are the ones I'm uncertain about
Adds elemetal damage
Crushing blow, Deadly strike, open wounds
Bonus to AR
+ mana after kill
 
Other common mods that WILL get included:
+life
+mana
+MF%
+GF%

Thanks guys. I always forget to check the Amazon Basin. I had a feeling that none of the attributes I was questioning applied and I did some testing and had confirmed that elemental damage did nothing.

@Miron An intersting read. I've already decided that I'm going with Grief as the main weapon. I've decided that to use dual weapon I've got to have an aura working and for me that means Lawbringer, Beast or Doom. Right now I'm leaning towards Doom for the Holy Freeze aura as the off hand weapon.
