Wire Fleece and Fort question

What's the str requirment for a Fortitude Wire Fleece? 111?

And also, I was wondering if Fortitude was generally just better than Chains of Honor for a PvP Zon. I really liked the fact that CoH gives +2 skills, +20 str so I would be able to add less str to my zon, and +65 to to resists.

Now given, I would forget about str if a wire fleece's str req was 111, but I didn't know if it may be different from a Gladiator's Bane. That was the only thing I was going off of, I thought it may be different but I wasn't sure.

But, as far as a Fort goes, the 300 ED is pretty sweet. But will I have better sucess with a Fort or a Chains of Honor?

Fortitude is standard issue on PVP bowamas... can't do without it. 300%edmg is just like having 300dex...

IMO CoH is for NL peeps who can't afford Fort.

Fortitude Wire needs 111 str as you allready figured out.

IMO i would build with 20 more strength and keep a coh in stash for dueling elemental characters, use the fort for everyone else..

well it actually depends on your charms. my zon has max resist in hell with bow switch and shield switch. but this is because i use high resist classic boots and 9 20/5 scs. i can use fort and have max resist, also have a 40/15ed kiras in stash for stacking. so if you need resist, use kiras + fort, not coh + ___.

Considering re-sale value, AP is the best as it can be used on barbs also (due to good def).
