I've heard people talking about beast caddy's.. what is it?
I assume a cadeceus, even though i've never seen one. Also.. Seraph rods What are they?

Yes, it is a caduceus. People probably call them caddys because caduceus is so hard to spell.

A seraph rod is the elite version of a grand scepter.

No harder than any other elite unique, relatively speaking of course.

They (caducei) are actually much harder to find than most other elite uniques, because they are TC87.

Also, unless they changed it or I'm getting things mixed up again, I believe wands, staves, and rods have a lower chance to drop than other items in the same TC.

You could also hire a dirt poor level 1 to follow you around and hand you the right weapon for each area.
