What would qualify as a "godly" rare head?

What would qualify as a "godly" rare head?

I'm starting to think about rare heads as a potential source of pgems/runes. What would qualify as a "godly" head, i.e., worthy of saying "Hey, this head is worth at least an Um-Pul"?

Possible baseline: I have a bonemancer with a +3BS exceptional head that also have +3 Revive --instant meat shields for that rendez-vous with the Ancients (go go Urdar shock troops!).

stats like Enhanced Defense, leeching, +skills, FBR, high +resists and MF are all nice to look for.

Ooh, nice head there. The perfect summoning prebuff head would we be a rare +2 Necro skills, +3 RS, +3 SM, for a grand total of +5 to skellies. I think it's unfindable. A plain one has to be twinked onto a low level char, imbued and then rerolled with perfect skulls. Bah, too lazy to explain: click.
