What skills are valuable on elite katars?

What skills are valuable on elite katars?

I mostly play palladin, and mf...I've been finding some elite katars with skills, and I'm wondering 1)which skills are valuable, and 2)which katar types are preferred--and are any of them worthless, even with good skills?

I'd hate to sell a katar that somebody would love to get their hands on to a shop, but I have no clue what to keep and what to dump.

I presume you mean white / 3 socketed claws for Fury / Chaos here. There are 2 generic types of claws wanted really. Suwayyah and runic talon. To a lesser extent a Scissor's suwayyah is nice aswell , although a suwayyah just is better. The rest of the claws is per defenition not worth keeping.

As for +skills you're looking for , it depends alittle on the person , but these +skills are all usefull:
- dragon flight ***
- Lightning sentry ***
- Wake of fire **
- Weapon block (+2/+3) **
- Mindblast (+2/3) *
- Venom (+3) *

* less importent

ps.
Mindblast and venom are the least searched after skills , venom only if you don't have a weapon switch with shadow claws (CTA comes in mind). And mindblast because people have no idea how +2/3 MB can help so much.

Well those skills are only usefull when you don't have shadow skill claws on switch for prebuffing. But even then , I would prefer any of the skills I put above over SM. Fade might be up for discussion though.

As far as white claws go, the most valuable claws are +3 venom runic talons and +3 venom feral claws. If they have +DFlight, weapon block, fade, or wof they are even more valuable. Yes, I know that +3 venom does nothing if you prebuff, but they are still the most valuable.

The most valuable magic claws are +3 traps +3 lightning sentry greater talons with 2 sockets. If they have an ias suffix (quickness is the best) then they will be worth a lot more.

I have Runic Talons with +3 Venom, but with 1 sox unfortunatelly (, but also a Suwayyah with +3to Dragon Flight and 1 to Claws of Thunder , so this one can be useful I suppose, as it can get 3 sox ) !

Why would someone ever use a feral claw? You either go for speed (runic talon for kickers) or you go for dmg (suwayyah for WW sin). There's no real middle road here.

That's what the ghost assassin uses. It's basically the build that all the top ww assassins are using nowdays. It lets you lay traps at fastest speed for easier stunlocking.

Kodachi came up with this build a LONG time ago and it has pretty much been accepted as the best ww asn build by elite players.
