Weapon to use ? [Low lvl Druid]

Running around as lvl 27 Druid... Rabies druid.

Used the Jade Tan Do for now... fast attack speed + (Rabies) poison.
The cannot be frozen mod was fairly nice too... but overall damage is just too low (when not using Rabies) , and the durability is of course gawd awful.

Have a few items in stock I might want to use later on (Aldur's and Dark Clan Crusher - no Plague Bearer for me, I fear... don't own one).... but that's 6 more levels.

Any tips ?

I have a steeldriver great maul that served me well all the way through NM. Yeah, how sad for me... Anyways, you need to be level 29, but that will come soon. If you are on W/SC/L , its yours, no charge =) .
 
By the way the Poison damage on the Jade Tan Do doesn't stack with Rabies.

Now regarding your weapon, if you can manage to find a Fleshrender (I got lucky and scored one off of Norm Baal with my Rabies Druid) that could be an end game weapon. If you can't find anything with +skills, just use the fastest weapon you can find.

I have a Death Sword floating about somewhere. Will go see if I can find some other gear...

Angelic Mail + 2 Rings (Would prefer Angelic Ammy, but don't have it)
Sigon's Belt (Looking for the boots)
Bloodfist
+1 Druid Skills amu
Jade Tan Do
Swordback Hold Shield
Magic Pelt w/ +2 to Rabies n Dire Wolves n +16% Fire Res

Actually I like Clegaw's set... I still balk at the dex requirement on clegaw's. I shudder to think what death's set is... What I like about the clegaw's set is you get a boat load of AR and your weapon gets 1.25 more damage per level. On top of that you get a set bonus of 33% crushing blow. On top of that you get knockback and slow from the gloves.

The only reason why you'd move off of the set is if you're hurting for resists (the shield slot is so important to me for resists). Damage wise you can go all the way untill the end of NM with that set. By then you should find a better weapon.

edit: FYI... I moved off that set to my Aldur set except for the armor and I kill noticably slower without clegaws lol
