NM or Hell cows is where I found mine a few days ago, cant remember which one, but I think it was NM

I'd be surpised if you didnt pick one up after five Nightmare cow runs.

Even if a regular white gothic plate drops there, the socket quest will give it 4 sockets.

Get eth one from any cows (normal will do) and add sockets with quest
