Strange house on Arreat Plateau?

Hi,
I've wondered for a few decades now, about what is this empty house on that map? Is there any story behind it in the books or elsewhere? Thanks!

I live there. When I am way up on the Arreat Summit with a group of heroes fighting the Ancients, I usually take a minute or two to gaze over the Plateau way below and point out to my group...."Look guys. You can see my house from way up here!"

I think SD is running a pub there, with self-made corn booze. At its right, you find the ladies' restroom, it's known for its top quality toilet paper. The guys will take a few leaves, go around the house or behind the bush and... well yeah.

Imagine the fights there. All those barbarians banging heads each night. I'm surprised the place is still standing all these years.
