Smite attack range

I wonder if the attack range of smite is affected by the range of the weapon, ie. does a berserker axe have an advantage over a dagger when smiting?

if you're talking about basic elites, scourge is nice - range 3 and a little faster than zerker with almost as much avg damage

Too bad you can't make a silence scourge, that would have been sweet.

cant even make Kingslayer scourge, such a sad piece of weapon t.t

But a Rare Scourge 2 socket 2 skill 40ias would be godly t.t
