Several questions about Ranged Enchantress

I saw a couple guides for this but I didn't see specific/current answers to many of these questions. I plan to run a ranged sorc on hell cows, using Enchant and Demon Machine, and FO as backup if needed. My questions:

1.) Does the L23 Enchant on Demon Limb fully synergize with Warmth, acting just like a normal Enchant would with actual skill points? If so, based on the best equipment available in either case, which would provide a stronger enchant for a ranged enchantress, and what would the % difference be (approximately)?

2.) If the above works, and the difference is negligible, where would those 20-22 skill points be better spent for a cow-killing ranged enchantress? (ice bolt for FO synergy? Lightning mastery and lightning charms?)

3.) Can someone fully explain the process of +x% fire damage from facets, fire mastery, and items like Eschuta's Temper, both during the process of Enchanting, and during the use of the ranged weapon? Should I really care about how much +x% fire damage my facets have during the enchant? If it adds linearly with fire mastery, it seems like it would be negligible and that the real damage boost would be from -EFR% on the facets while attacking.

4.) There used to be a way to boost the level of the exploding arrow on Demon Machine using the charge skill bug, using gloves with exploding arrow skill. I assume that bug is now gone, along with the similar Marrowwalk bug? If so, is there any other way to boost the Exploding Arrow level, such as perhaps +bow skill gloves? And is it worth worrying about?

5.) Does damage like lightning damage from charms transfer to the explosion? If so, should I have bothered with FO as backup/slowing just for hell cows, or would the points have been better spent in something like Lightning Mastery?

1) Yes it does but seeing as you can easily get 10 +skills using the cheapest of equipment, limiting yourself to a level 23 enchant would be pretty silly. Getting close to level 40 (20 +skills) isn't even that hard.

2) You can have FM, enchant and warmth maxed at level 54. Static field could be useful to max.

3) There are plenty of threads about this. Here is one. If it doesn't answer all your questions just do a Google search; you can handily restrict it to info from this site by adding site:diablo.incgamers.com to your search qeury.

4) Nope, but even if you could it would only add a small amount of fire damage per level.

5) Afaik only fire damage (no physical/elemental) from charms will get added to the explosion.

To be honest I'm not sure how well this will work. A much better (probably) and cheap build is a necro summoner with corpse explosion: Some cheap +skills and Obedience in an elite ethereal polearm on your merc and you're good to go.

Thanks for the responses. I tried her on just 1 player cows with L31 Enchant, a 15% Enchant Ormus and 2 -5 EFR facets and it was SLOWWW. I was sad. :doh: I guess I could have gotten the Enchant higher but from what I saw, even with crazy +skills it would have been nigh impossible to rival a simple Javazon. The Necro corpse explosion idea is interesting, but I think I'll just go with Javazon again (already have most of the basic equipment.) Ah well.
