Screenshot resolution problem

Hi. I’m running D2:R at 3840x2160 full screen and the screenshots are not displaying clear. I tried using windows 10 viewer and paint. Here is an example of what they all look like: https://ibb.co/2SVqRWv

I found out the problem was having HDR turned on in windows.
