Runewords - non-ladder

Runewords can be broken up into 3 catagories -

Original Rune Words
1.10 Patch Rune Words
1.11 Patch Rune Words

Which of these can be made non-ladder? Meaning I believe I can make "Honor" NL but can I make an "Enigma" non-ladder?

I read that page and no, not clear to me. Lots of info about runewords, but not what are and are not NL. I dont want to waist good runes on a non NL runeword.

there's no special notes about original runewords,so i think they work on all.
1.10:you can see a special note below runeword wind.
"The following Rune Words will only work on the Battle.net Realms for Ladder Characters only. They will not work for single or open characters or non-ladder characters"
1.11:"These Rune Words will work in single-player, for Open Characters, and for Realm Characters"

so original runewords and 1.11 runeword work on NL, just not 1.10 runewords... wierd. ok, no NL Enigma making for me. :-(

All runewords work on NL. All runewords can be made on NL except the ones listed from Brand-Wrath on this link... http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/runewords-110.shtml

You can make all runewords from the 1.09 patch, the 1.10 patch on the above link from Beast-Wind, and all 1.11 patch runewords.

So yes, you can make Enigma on NL.
