Where is the best spot to find high runes Vex+?

There really isn't a good spot to find high runes actually. You just have to wander around and kill stuff. I remember my friend, he found a Ber rune from a Minion Tainted in Hell Catacombs. I found a Pul rune from Hell Act 3 Flayer Jungle, and from the Hell Cow Level. ^^

Just wander... there really isn't a "best" place to farm runes; they pop up anywhere. ^^;;

Here's how to find high runes:
1. Go to Hell
2. Kill a monster
3. Repeat a million times
4. Pray for a good rune to drop
5. Kill more monsters
5. Kill even more monsters
6. Repeat step 1 through 5

Your best bet for intense rune finding is just getting a good mass killer (I.E. Javazon) and doing cows with it. Basically, kill as many monsters as possible in hell.

You can't be a high rune 'hunter' because techinically everyone else is too. The chance is so small, a pit runner, cower, and baal bot are ALL 'high rune' hunters.

You can play this game for years and never find a high rune. Then one day you walk outside the rogue camp and kill a quill rat and have one drop. It's pure luck.
