Question about Arkaine's Valor

Can someone explain to me the differences between the .08, .09 and 1.10 Arkaine's Valor? Is the only difference the skill point stat or are there others? Dig deep into your memory, veterans.

the 08 valor had a massive vitality boost..i forget how much, but tons more than the 09 and .10 versions do..which are the same

I also have a question.

Recently someone wanted to sell an 08 Valour in chat and claimed that it had +1 Barb Skills, +1 Zon Skills and +1 Pala Skills. Several people replied that it was hacked on the grounds that it can only have one such mod (I sided with them as it is only logical...but who knows what goes on inside the mind of Blizzard staff), yet others claimed it was legit. Who was correct?

oh, i forgot to mention: the .08 valor didnt allways spawn with +2 skills (i think its just +1 now) but spawned with +1 or +2 to zon//ama//pally//etc skills across the board, so rather than showing just +1 all it had to list every single class.

example: remember how the old shako said +2 strength, +2 dex, +2 vit, +2 energy, and now it just says =1 to all stats? same thing.

It wasn't a cosmetic change, it used to be either +1 or +2 for each class. Meaning that +1 or +2 was possible but realtively rare. So it's certainly not hacked or bugged. People generally wanted +2 sorc and/or barb valors, and didn't care if the rest were +1.

08= + vita on char level, + life on char level, 2 all skills
09= + vita on char level, not as much as o8 one, + to random class skill levels ( 1 or two)
1.10 = 1 or 2 to all skills, vita on char level.

I thought it was the .08 that had the +1 to pally +2 to ama etc etc. Hmmm..

Easy way to remember this:

.08 valor = .09 and 1.10 valors on crack

It gave massive boosts to vit and life (could give thousands to a barb with bo). Also 1.10 valors are either 1 to all skills or 2 to all skills where previous versions were 1 or 2 for each char class. So you could have plus 1 to sorc and pally and asn skills but plus 2 to barb, druid, zon, and necro skill.
