pvp fury druid weapon help

I'm thinking of starting a fury pvp'er again. but the problem is my weapon would suck ( i made the worst mistake ever and accidently traded my botd for a stone thinking it was a crescent moon :( ) I'll get owned by any generic idiot pally out there now and i was wonderin what would be descent to take one of those down (i can get probably ne weapon except botd greif doom beast) and would it still be viable? 1h or 2h don't matter , and does neone have ne basic pvp tactics vs. pally and barbs? And i know my damage won't be up to par as a botd so would how be a better spirit than sage?

That advice you just gave is even more expensive than a botd zerk:)

If you really want to stand a chance, try a 6 cruel phase blade.
Dmg is crap but a million hits at crappy damage>>>>2-3 hits at good damage.

IS 2h viable at all in PvP melee? :) I want to try eth tomb reaver, but also wouldnt mind going grief/storm

Dude 2 handed weapons are great in p v p with a werewolf. There are some builds that you would do better with wile using a weapon sheild. But those dont do as well as 2 handed.

godly Weapons worth using are.
1handed
greif phase blade, ebotd zerker, crazy godly rares, and griz caddy 3x40/15% ias +1 Lo rune.

2handed
eth tombreaver 2x40/15% ias 1 zod runed, ebotd gpa, ebotd gt, and ebotd as (archon staff).

cheaper 2 handed.
eth Oath weapons with -10 or less base attack speed, and eth upped ribcracker zodded.

cheaper 1 handed.
at least 3 shealed or 15% ias jewel griz caddy, eth oath weapon with a base speed of -10, .09 3 socted cruels of quickness, and fury fanged knife.

Did I miss any thing?

My friend suggested ebotd GA lol, but he said because of style XD

Which would be the best of the ebotd 2 handerS? Going ebotd 2hander with ALL VIT, no str or dex cause I'm using enigma for frw/skill/life/dr/str. Gonna try and get as much life as i can hehe :D

KT

btw: how or oak if i am going all vit ebotd gpa and likely to use angelic combo( maybe 1 angelic 1 raven)

what seems to be good about griz caddy? its got good to average damage the only good thing are the open sockets. tomb reaver looks descent but i don't think i can get one cause im non ladder. so would a bone hew with maybe an ed jewel or 2 be ok?

Well ladder is already at it's third season now and imo there are quite some tombs available. Gris caddy has quite low damage compared to others but is handy becaus it's fast and 1 handed. I think ogre axe is a slow weapon even with 2 shaels in it.

I'm gonan try go base str/dex for my druid since the dex req for ebotd can't be that high (if anyone has exact figures would be great). This meanslots of life ;) I had 1.1k at level 31 already :D

Would I be getting HoW or Oak? Going to use the following gear:

Helm :Jalals (probably shael depending on fhr)
Armour: Enigma (not using tele)
Belt: Verdungos
Gloves: Bloodfist upgx2
Boots: Gores
Amu: Angelic
Ring: Angelic + raven (otherwise no cbf)
Weapon :EBotd GPA (need to buy one first :|)
Charms: Druid torch, anni + 9 shapers with small SC lifers :D

You might be better going with an ebotd archon staff - with a GPA (great poleaxe, I'm assuming) you get an 8/5 fury, with archon you get 9/5 but the damage is higher, and the only requirement there is ... uh... 34 strength. :p Plus, you get that awesome 'thwack' sound.

::Edit:: Just noticed the downside to the archon - range 2, versus range 5. Range five is very important versus melee when you're going with no sheild, from what I understand, so maybe the GPA is better.

I was under the impression that he couldnt afford botd's and such.. why did this turn out into a discussion which botd is better than what.... that aside, with limited funds its either shael e-star or a shaeled noneth death cleaver.
When u get richer, its grief pb all the way, or botd zerk for some situations where u need range, or botd GPA for casters. (Gris caddy damage is way too low to be useful, maybe only for wolf vs wolf otherwise its not really viable).

range. i assume polearm have the best range. would a 2x shaeled bonehew wourk ok? Ps: i found a razor's edge it has really good stats could it be udeful?

bonehew is range 3 ... but does hit 5 frame bp

On two handed you eather want alot of damage or a long range. The longest range of a 1 handed weapon is 3. So with a 2 handed weapon you really want a range of 4 or more. That with p v p. Also to use a the 2 handed weapons range to its most effectiveness. You need to know how to shift fury well.

Like when I start to run in on a target. Clickling the left mouse button and holding it. I hit shift when I think they are just out side of my claws range. As in like the tip of the claw will all most touch the target. That works for range 5 weapons. The werewolf will stop running to the target and start attacking. If I got them in range, the werewolf will attack more then once. Thats one of the things you can do with shift attacking.

I should clara-fi what I mean by tip of my claw. I mean when the werewolf is attacking with fury. It all ways has the same anamation, when the claw is at its farthest in that anamation. Is what I mean by tip of the claw. You really have to vis-u-ize it.
