[PS4] Price check on Lo Rune

I am trying to make a fortitude and i was wondering how much a Lo rune goes for, or what would be a fair trade in terms of items. I wanted to pick your brains, ty for any help

Lo is worth 11-12 Ist, which is about the same as a low end Anni charm. That is a good bit, and check out the Merc Guide if you are trying to outfit them with Fortitude.
