Pindel diary

Hi, im pretty new to this forum as in i havent posted much.

A typical day for me is i start off to look for people selling or buying things that i need / have, then i procced to doing some diaruns (cant stand doing baal runs) and then i mf.
I started of killing mep and andy, but soon i allso included pit runs.
But now im hooked on pindelruns, really fast and good money (for gambling)
So i thought why not keep a record over my pindel runs?

I hope some off you like to read it and it might even help to really find out what drop % pindel got.

The char I use is a lvl 86 Blizzard sorc with 438 mf, nothing spectacular (spelling?) got low res and a lvl 33 blizzard. (If u want to know something else about my char just post a question).

So i started writing down:
1) How many pindel runs ive done
2) On wich run i found uniqe or set items
3) What i got from gambling
4) And last what good (godly?) items he dropped

So ill try to update this at every 100:e run or so, dont have many to report now because i got temp banned....

So far ive done...
45 pindel runs
found ...
1 set item and 3 uniqe
gambled...
Nothing worth mentioning
And last what things he dropped...
@ run 33 i got a uniqe amu, thought maybe it could be a maras, but... a nokozan relic

well thats it for now, ill try to log back in now and do some more runs.
 
I've also just got into doing pindle runs, I have a level 77 meteorb sorc with 380 mf. Ive done 30 runs, with the only thing to show for it is one of those green cryptic swords noone likes :wink3:
 
Try doing 150 runs. 30 runs is peanuts cant expect much to drop from it.

Tough its been done before, its still a fun idea. I always like reading reports like these. keep up the good work!

edit: to prevent realm down run these as well: shenk, eldrich and tresh socket. Tresh has a high tc lvl and is easy to kiil. really hes weak.
 
okay ill try and run those too, but ill only report my drops from pindel.

And im going to run more then 40, just that i only wrote down 40 runs so far.
And later when i got 100+ runs written down ill post the % of getting uniqes and such.

btw isnt tresh sock and the others cold immune? well my merc shouldnt have a problem with them anyway.
 
I'm sorry to intrude on this part of the site...man do I feel out of place here. In the SPF many people run Pindle, no worries of Realm Down either. But seriously, you need to do at least 1k runs to get any idea of what he can drop. He does not drop very often, but when he pops out a unique or set it is usually some what higher quality.

Summary: Run him until your eyes bleed and maybe you'll find a unique, but you'll probably miss it because the blood it your eyes. :azn:
 
I just realised (spelling?) i cant edit my first post, so this is pretty much a waste of space, well ill make a new thread when ive kept track of more pindel runs, maybe 500 or 1000?

well see you guys then, maybe 1-2 years?
 
Don't get discouraged. It takes a lot of dedication to not only do a lot of runs, but record everything as well. If you think you can do it, go ahead. The info that comes out is always interesting to see. Run a quick search or look around the forums and you'll find people that have done similar trials. Check the forum they use to record everything and any tips or tricks they post that could help you.

Also, the statistics forum would be more receptive to this data as they love to crunch numbers and look at probabilities.

Yeah someone over at the SPF did 20k pindle runs :grin:

If you look over at the SPF im sure someone made a pindle counter so you could keep track of your runs.
