Obviously, a couple of nothing stats in there, but curious if the combo of Open sockets, FRW, and + Skills makes this useful enough to get anything from.

Not really worth alot without str, dex or res. No life or mana either. The only thing that separates this from the unique helm Walkyrie Ving is the 2 sox tbh.
Its for selfuse value only. I can imagine a Java cowrunner with two ptopaz in it until you get a Shako.
