On buying Monarchs from Anya..

Is there a minimum level my character needs to be to be able to buy Monarchs from Anya or any other vendor? I've been trying for about 30 minutes to get a JMoD (I'm bored, couldn't come up with anything else to do) but I haven't even seen a single Monarch yet.. Just a streak of bad luck? This character is level 88 - he does it faster than my level 90 Sorc, because he has Vigor. Note, I did try it with my Sorc a while, but no luck either.

I tried searching around, but the word 'buy' in Google immediately gets me those Itemshops.. Couldn't find anything with this site's Search function either. Any help is much appreciated!

Because you can reset Anya more easily with the Pindle portal. Anya also sells -30 WSM claws, and Jamella doesn't.

because there's red portal to pindle right next to Anya, so it's the easiest/fastest way to refresh her items

When making a assassin trapper, you would try to shop a pair of claws with some mix of +2 Asn skill / +3 traps / +3 Lightning Sentry / IAS.

Why do u have to reset Anya? I dont have the red portal, so i just exit out of the gamble screen and she has different items. Is there a difference if you just go in and out the portal and just exiting the gamble screen?

Gamble screen resets when you exit it. Shopping screen does not - you have to enter the red portal to quickly reset the items.
