O/T Is Diablo clone the 'true' diablo?

Hi All,

Ever wondered why Diablo was always so much easier to kill than Baal? When he was supposed to be the most powerful of the brothers?

Perhaps the Diablo you kill in Act 4 was not the true Diablo, and the 'clone' is the REAL Diablo (hence how powerful he is)

Any ideas?

i dont think the real diablo would be spawnable just by selling a pathetic mortal realm item.

Maybe they are both clones and the real diablo still lurks

and our character did not stuck the Diablo gem into the head, what stops the people in act 4 town go down and pick it up and become the next diablo?

Not much left to put in their heads. I haven't watched it recently, but doesn't it show mephy and diablo's soulstones both getting smashed at hellforge in the end cinematic for d2c?

It makes me wonder how I smashed Diablo's Soulstone...after all, the Hellforge Hammer disappeared after I smashed Mephisto's, and I can't pick it up again.

Since when has A4 Diablo been easier than Baal? Every character I've made in 1.09/1.10 that's gotten to hell has been able to slap hell baal in the face and laugh, while diablo seems to send them runnin for their mommies.
