new ladder - torch issue.

now... blizzard has announced it, monday it will reset.
now we all noticed how 'easy' (for some VERY easy) it was to get a torch (some more then one to like about 9:s)

now couldn't it be that the keys will be less likely to drop in a new ladder?
to make the torch be more expensive & harder to earn that way.
just an idea that I'dd do if I was blizzard.

think this one week was to introduce us to patch 1.11 differences.

yeah that makes sense.. they would make it easy to get so we all get to know whats new... then make it harder, cuz for an item like that, the challenge isnt the same size, lets say it.
but probably not. once ladder season resets, noone will have the godly gear the have now, so it will be more of a challenge.

Appearances from Dclone have become few and far between. I remember when he used to drop in and say hey all the time. I havent seen him in months. How rude !!!

Hopefully the same will apply to the ubers.
 
Bear in mind that these bosses won't be killable for awhile, as people will not have the godlike (or even semi-godlike) equipment needed to do so. Also, they will have to make characters suited to either MF or a more well-rounded character so they don't get raped by the linear game.
 
well... the gear on my smiter I used was worth of 3ist TOPS so... they could be defeated let's say ~ 2-3 days after ladder reset...
if the key's drop as easy as they do now (to most ppl..)

Smiter doesn't need Grief to kill ubers. Most smiters will make Black maces soon after reset (Thul + Io + Nef). And the earliest HoZ drops is nm Meph. With all those Meph farmers, it won't take that long to get a HoZ.

it would make sense, if u noticed many people were gettng things like 30 maras and sojs off summoner an nithalak im guessing its because the upped the drop rate on the characters so we could get more keys outta them, this is just my theory
