Nagel Ring Mf %

Ok I want to know how do you get 30%mf on a nagel?

Is it random all the time or is it based on character level , mf % on your character or some other thing I don't know about.

My Overlord is at 463% mf and running Andy in nightmare, level 60. She just dropped a 19% nagel.

The stats on unique items are random within the set range (15%-30% mf and 50-75 AR in the case of Nagelring), except for the level of the ctc fire bolt on Hellslayer IIRC. That one is based on ilvl. Way to get a 30% nagel: Run NM andy over and over again. Look for nagels and SoJs. Only other unique ring which can drop there is manald.

if you keep finding gold rings, eventually a perfect mf nagel will pop up since they drop most often.. if you do get others ie ravenfrost/soj, you can't complain either=)

At any rate, I'd choose NM andy for the fast runs and quest drop.
