Hi, I've never played any assasin before. Found a rare circlet
but dunno if it's any good for any builds. Or should i just trash it?

Well, it could be useful for a PvM Dtail or Dtalon kicker who needs the strength for boots. Alternatively, that strength might be useful for a Pheonix Striker...

Useful for PvM, but missing the essential faster cast rate or +2 sin needed for generally handiness in PvP or the like...
