Most Viable Amazon for Ubers?

The high light resistances of the Ubers, the presence of light immune minions in Uber Trist, and the fact that your tanks (Valk and merc) will be obliterated within seconds means that a javazon won't cut it.Jankiac said:how does a javazon deal with Ubers?

Well in all truth, bowzon using harmony for revive charges might stand a tiny chance against meph even alone. Monsters summoned would have to be urdars from act4 tho (for CB).Omikron8 said:she doesn't deal with them

Bowzon fighting vs ubers alone (with just bow, merc, valk) stands no chance whatsoever, but fortunatly most chars have the same problem.
Cheapest char for soloing uber trtist is smiter.
The problerm with ubers is you need a tank char regardless. And tanking char must be melee so he can abuse life tap. Casters are at immediate disadvantage because the dmg done in trist is HUGE and theres no way for them to recover life fast, especially if you're covered by meph's conv aura wich equals to resistance penaldy of -125, taht means if you have 75 all res it'll be dropped to -50 and when you get hit you die.Jankiac said:So what other characters are good at dealing with Ubers besides Smiters? Defnatly you would need 1 smiter/zealer/frenzy barb in there to draw fire. The rest of support should be usefull chars like hammerdin (salvacion), druid (oak sage), sorc (statick), barb (bo).
I play hardcore and I have an uber javazon with all the best gear and I am here to say you just can't solo trist. The damn firelord's LI is NOT broken by infinity thus creating a HUGE problem. Now, after meph is dead, I have little problem going down and disbatching the other 2 by myself and just ignorning the minions. Just have max resistance, absorb, and infinity and uber D and uber baal are pretty quick killz. However, if you are unable to get to them quickly and too many minions spawn even getting to them can be a task with the frame rate dropping to zero.
I have no experience with a bowazon down there but since I play exclusively HC, I would say that if the goal included never dieing it would be a NO to all amazons. Meph is just too big of a prick to solo.
On the other hand you can make a smiter with medium gear and have little trouble on HC.
