mIRC Dclone channel offline?

mIRC Dclone channel offline?

Just a small question for the fellow dclone hunters: is it possible that the irc.dcloneirc.net server on mIRC and it's channel #europe-dclone are offline? I can't seem to connect anymore to the server since yesterday evening, and can't find any info about it elsewhere :rolleyes:

When I connect to irc.dcloneirc.net, I come into some sort of special channel, instead of in the dcloneirc channel... At first I thought it was because of my mIRC client, but I get the same problem with irc@work.

Anyone else able to connect / not connect? :rolleyes:

Well I tried to connect bot hat home and at school, but it won't let me in :rolleyes: Could you specify which settings you are using that may be set wrong by me ?

I actually have no idea how that stuff works. What settings could possible be of issue other than the server and channel name?

Well yeah, that was my idea too, but when I use the exact same method to log on to the server as before, I can't get in for some reason :tongue:

I'll try logging in with a different nickname, and see what it gives.

Maybe connection via that is blocked from where you're trying it from?

I think .60 is going to walk. Got my tempban in the pocket though. Tried too hard to fetch a spot.

Yeah, .60 walked, too bad that I'm at school atm :tongue:

Btw .41 is skyrocketing atm :rolleyes: (I'm in GamersVault's dclone channel too, and I have no trouble at all to get in there... I don't understand)

Edit: Fyi: .41 just walked.

Btw I'm gonna try reinstalling IRC or something.

i was having the same problem last night; havent tried today; but i was able to log in through a web based irc site with no problems

Well I tried logging in all day long, both using normal mIRC and the web based one, even from different locations / networks, but I can't get in :cry:

Yeah I already found that, you posted that link elsewhere on these forums :wink3: I can't get on neither via Mibbit, nor via the regular mIRC.

Thing is, I can get on any channel I want (like some other dclone channels, and just chat channels), it's just the irc.dcloneirc.net one I can't get onto anymore. If I connect to it, I end up in some sort of special channel, instead of the lobby of dclonehunters :rolleyes:

Its probably a routing problem, nothing to do with your computer. I also have the problem and a lot of people on mirc too. Keep trying until you are in the correct network.
