I have a lvl 9 necromancer, and in fact it is one of the more powerful lvl9 lld builds, however it relies much on tactics that will mark it as bm by most other duelers.

The secret: sacrifice scepters, you can get charges of lvl 11 sacrifice making you almost as powerful as a sacadin in offense (although slower attack) but with the benefits of recastable bone armor, ability to cast amplify damage, and a clay golem with heavy slows target%.

Gear: as a bashbarb, but with a scepter with sacrifice charges of high level and 2 sockets. switch wand and head with +bone armor and clay golem.

I am on EuNL if you want to see, however it's not hellrushed or anything, and pretty budget.

Amplify damage on the weapon switch will help, too. The longer the curse lasts means less time you're spending casting.

the sacrifice scepter wielding lvl 9 necro has the potential to be the best vlldueler against most classes. It does however take a great amount of skill to be any good at all. That's to say the learning curve is a killer.

When it's combined with skeletons it's quite the build. Beware of those who will try to run you out of charges though.
