lionheart runeword

ok well i now have the neccessary runes for the lionheart runeword

but

i have a question

this is for my WWSZON..so does it matter what armour i put the runes in? im gunna put it in a elite version of armour cause i want some kid of def...

so does it matter what i put it in, besides the strength cost..?
 
This generally means dusk shroud for a zon. It's the elite armor with the least str required. If you have more str, by all means go for something that requires a little more, but they probably ain't much better anyways.

Don't put it in sup armors unless you can afford to repair it.
 
Although, as a strafezon, you shouldn't get hit too often, so repair costs aren't that important.
 
An Archon Plate, a Dusk Shroud or a Wyrmhide are your best friends (depending on the strength you've invested in). I think Lionheart is one of the most disregarded 1.09 RW, and one of the most interesting for an armor. The stats are simply crazy for the runes needed (a bit like Spirit). I'm currently wearing one on my Smiter for the Ãœber-Three as a cheap alternative (prebuffing Fade with Treachery), and it makes wonders (+30+60 = +90 resist all) :D.
 
True, but for a strafer, I prefer the 1.11 runeword Treachery. The 200+ psn damage in 0.4 second is a lot. There is also the insane IAS and such.
 
Because of the insane resistance for the cost of less than a penny.
Not to mention the 'swanky' 20FHR.
 
You'll get by with both. Just make both, and see what you like best.

I'm going to charge for this kind of advice... seeing the market ;)

ok ill make both...see what i think

already have smoke equiped, just need to get the lvl req for my armour for lionheart

I myself prefer Lionheart, because the 20% extra resistances from Smoke are not worth the life/vita/dex/strength boost from Lionheart IMHO :xmas23: ! But that's just me :xmas30: !

tis true..still wanna see what everyone else thinks..but i still have both :)
 
Both are good cheap rune words, making both is an excellent idea and you can put the one you like less on your mercenary. I often use Smoke on my mercenary.
