Urdars will make your life so much easier. I remember running for organs with my Revive-less Poison/Summon hybrid... seriously, worst idea ever. I brought in my Fishy, who somehow had an Enigma but only a Rattlecage and a Hone Sundan on the merc, and things went much better.
So yes, in short, hunt down some Urdars and kit your merc out with CB. Good luck.

Yup, crushing blow revives works wonders.
If you happen to have alot of monsters around lilith, jusy terror them.
I run organ sets with my summoner all the time, pretty easy.

I'll have to reach approx. level 94 to get 1 point into revive. I've already got my new summoner to 68.

yes...get as many urdar type revives as you ca...a powerful merc will also help..and having lots of skeles/mages/revives out will help with the target dilution from lilith...i recall her being one of the toughest of the three when the ubers first came out...but definitely doable...
might merc is nice with a big CB weapon =)...or big weapon and good CB from somewhere else....=)

Not so sure about doom, you have to take it off your merc if you want to summon anything and there are limited amount of corpses for CE.

OP - any luck in uber Trist?
of the mini-ubers, i'd say Lilith is the most difficult of the 3, but as you've found by now with the right equipment, definately beatable.
as for uber Trist, if you haven't reached there by now, if i can suggest a couple things having been there myself with a summoner necro - hopefully it'll save you some time and frustration.
- perm your game > 5 minutes and make sure there are plenty of urdar-class monsters available. look in River/Chaos Sanc (Urdars), Frigid highlands (Blunderbores), Palace levels, Durance. i usually revive urdars last, as they have a limited amount of time to live.
- raise your full army, prebuffed with all the +skills you can manage, then switch to your typical battle gear. you should have some kind of teleport, enigma would be great, tele charges on an amulet are OK. Naj's staff as a last resort as you probably won't want to switch weapons a whole lot when you get in there.
- when raising mages, select for more poison and cold. if you end up with fire and light, unsummon and resummon. poison will stop uber health regen, and cold will provide slowing effect.
- pile resists onto yourself and your merc, stack resists over max if you can, as Meph will cut that down pretty quick. when equipping merc, higher resists > damage reduction.
- lots of crushing blow on the merc. i use Guillaumes and obedience (cheap and very effective). infinity if you can afford it, as it would also help your mages.
- hotkey decrep (you probably already have done that) and terror.
- when you get into uber Trist, go slow and walk your way around to get your bearings.
- only one boss at a time.
- when you find and isolate the bosses, do your usual decrep and telestomp with your entire army. walk away slowly, and keep casting decrep. terror away minions. wash, rinse, repeat.
the following is optional:
- ID 20/20 ptorch.
- sell for HRs.
- gib! =)
nothing worse than blowing an org set and game dropping and not permed. also, it's possible to defeat uber Trist without urdars, but 15 of them sure makes life easier in there.

i totally agree with this...
i had trouble my first time there...and found it hard to solo...
make sure if you die..you don't die near the portal/...that ways you can get back in there....
but for sure get all the urdars you can....and use terror to help your guys focus on the boss (and one boss at a time is all you can handle....well should anyways)
and raise everything you possibly can...target dilution is great....give them too many thinss at one time to focus on....
oh and i don't recall there being very many bodies to work with so don't count on CE or anything....and it will be difficult to replace lost skeles....
*and worse come to worse if your're out of urdars..there is always the cow levels...tons of fast revives there :thumbsup:

Was this a solo game? Were you using a clay golem? How about ice mages?

My zealer was on standby, so one other character. I had some iron golem, don't remember what it was made out of. No mages. I have 2 spare skill points, with +14 to skeletons.

Well, I just killed all three mini ubers with my fishy. Once Lilith was slivered, I spammed teeth - my one point into teeth has finally paid off! No golem, no mages, just my merc, 13 skellies, and 7 urdars. A clay golem and ice mages might make it easier though.
I guess the next hurdle is the uber 3.
