Is it possible to join a battlenet game with my single player character?

I am very new to the whole battlenet thing, and have a charactar in a high level on single play mode.
Is it at all possible to join a multiplay game with this character?

You can join Open battle.net (Multiplayer 2 // open battlenet), but you will meet even more cheaters there than on closed. Not recommended, better create a new closed bnet char if you want to play online.

If you want fair play, almost no cheats/hacks/dupes, go play on Asia. Just look in some trade values, you will understand what Im talking about

And why is the Asian Realm so clean of cheats/hacks/dupes? Anything different with the servers or is just the guys there that are more grown up?

no im not sarcastic, its simply the fact that there are far fewer players, thus almost no dupers, thats why there are ridiculosly high prices. In any case the prices are very high, meaning few dupers.

Ok, I actually thought at 4-4.5ist to a hr, and with relatively few duped crafts/rares, Europe was the least dupe-ridden realm. What do hrs go for in Asia? Think I got it mixed up with East:embarassed:

I wouldn't mind if they were that high on all realms, at least it would be the same for everyone.

You can't get on closed bnet with your single player chars simply because they can be edited with a char editor etc, I used to think like you but eh..you need to start a character on closed to be able to play there.
