In game chat is not working for some players

Just thought I'd try and spread the message. I was not aware it was just me until I was trading with someone earlier and found out they were trying to chat to me except it seemed like I was ignoring them! Please bear this in mind if you've come across "rude" players, they may simply not be able to hear you. I'm really hoping Blizz fix this soon as it feels very lonely being all on your own...
