Hurricane only druid viable?

Hi.
I`m participatin in fighter mage tourney in SPF, so I started making druid who uses only cyclone armor & hurricane. Untwinked. I wonder wil he be able to kill anything in NM/hell?
He doesn`t shapeshift, but attacks with sword. On normal, hurricane blasts everything away in few moments, but I wonder will that work later.
I can use Cyclone Armor, Hurricane, Armageddon, Werewolf, Wearbear, Lycanthropy, Fire Claws, Heart of Wolverine, Spirit of Barbs. Maybe I shall go for fireclaw wearbear with the hurricane? Or WW?

any advices would be appriciated.

Hurricane just doesn't last that long while you are shifted, and it's a pain to shift cast then reshift to recast. You could go with a wolf/bear that uses stormlast for the ctc nado and synergize that.

Stormlash has a chance to cast tornado on striking. These tornados are able to be synergised by putting points into the elemental tree, just as if you wanted to use tornado yourself by casting it. meaning that these tornados can do considerable damage and all you have to do is attack. Of course at the cost of skill points.

kewl, I didnt know that points that I used adds to ones on items. Is it everytime or just on stormlash?

You got a point - no use in using shapeshifting with hurricane, so I`ll have to restart, or try to go with that build until killed.
