How do you count your runs?

Well, I've done 3k countess runs in the past 3 weeks and Darkwell has done almost 20k pindle runs in the past couple months. I can't speak for him, but I use pen and paper and make a tick mark for every run that I do. I group them in sets of 50, so the total is easier to count.

4 vertical lines and a diagonal line over the 4. you can seperate these in groups of 5-10 etc by circling or using the same method with another color for every say, 10 sets (50 runs). I don't make thousands of runs, so never had that problem.

Do you just write it down? What if you do 1000s?

I measure it by how much exp I get done.

At clvl 91 I get about 206k per pindle run on /players3 and from clvl91-92 I need to gain about 160mil exp. About 750-800 runs for this entire level.

It all depends on what I would run, but I use pen and paper.

Pindle- 1 tick = 10-20 runs(depended on how many I planned on doing, or what character I was using)
Meph/Countess- 1 tick = 5-10 runs(same as above)
Baal/Andy/Diablo/Pit- 1 tick = 1 run(I never did many at once)

Excel. Write down total number of items drops and specifically write down items I didnt have (new items) color coded so I can see if its a set/unique and what "class" its it : normal unique/exceptional/elite...

I have yet to start doing runs en masse but right now, when I am trying to count my runs, I put one gem in the stash I dump my items from the run into per run.

I don't usually count my runs, but when I do that:

I first do ~25 runs and check how much time it takes. Then I calculate the average time per run. After that I just put timer on and start doing runs as long as I want to. When I stop, I check the time consumed and divide it by the average time per run to get the amount of runs.

It's not 100% accurate, but very easy way to do this. I have used the pen & paper method but often I forget to mark the ticks because I concentrate on playing the game...

I just make the tick marks after each run, when the game is closing. It takes a couple seconds before the game finishes closing and I can start a new run, so I don't have to worry about interrupting my concentration. 1 tick=1 run.

Pen and paper. I keep mine in a journal type book with actual binding. High tech.

I use a tick for each run. I don't do very many at a time; usually only 15-30 runs in a sitting.

Once I've done a page or two I total the numbers up and make an entry in my pindle.txt file, where I track my total number of runs.

I'm probably at about 2,500 runs at this point (have a couple of pages that I hadn't tabulated yet).

Just use ATMA to calculate the chance for a Cathan's seal and in the end count how many you have collected. Probably more accurate than you would think.

With my Baal running I can see it easily by the amount of exp.
