Hell's Forge dropstats?

I had a Gul drop in forge quest earlier today. Got scammed like 30 mins later, so now its lost. Now i would like to know how hard it would be to get that drop again? I mean, does all the runes that can drop in hell have an equal chance to drop, or would a Gul be very hard to find?

All the runes that can drop from hellforge have an equal chance of dropping. This means that you have a 1 in 11 chance of getting a gul.

And what's even better, nightmare and hell forges have some overlap, so certain runes --- UM being one of the more popular --- have a 2/11 chance on a "full" (all 3 difficulty levels) run.

2/11 for PUL
2/11 for UM
1/11 for IST
1/11 for GUL (you can turn that into a 1/22 chance for a VEX )

Forges aren't that bad, after all Other than the 1/1 chances for certain items from special monsters like dclone, nothing in the game has such a high chance of dropping... Isenhart Cases might drop more frequently, but that's just because you generally encounter more monsters than hellforges.
