Gambling amulet help.

Sorry if it's already been asked.

I'm looking to gamble an amulet with +3 / P Combat / Def / Aura /w 10-25 damage reduced.

The +3 Skill affix has an alvl of 60, and the Life Everlasting suffix (10-25 damage reduced) has an alvl of 45.

What would be the best level to gamble these items?

65 would be ideal affix-wise. However, lots of other interesting stuff can be gambled at higher levels, so "as high as possible" isn't at all bad.

Thanks. I need this ammy specifically but because I am going for an Abbot / PDR build, and it's the item where nearly 1/4 of my PDR comes from .
