Fury druid with Bear

Ok, I just met some cool people in a duel game, and we started talking druids. One of them mentioned a test druid he had made in single player that was a fury druid with the remaining skill points pumped into summon grizzly. He even gave that druid summon skillers with life for added bear damage and life from oak. I think this sounds like a damn cool idea, and since I have a fury druid with my remaining skills unused, I'm seriously considering trying it. Maybe not giving my druid summon skillers, but still, a bear with 2k life and nearly 2k damage can't be a bad thing, and it's not like I have anything supergodly to put the skillpoints in...

What do you guys think?

It does sound like a nice idea on paper & theory crafting but however Grizzly is more of teleporting elemental druids type of companion. Since you cant really teleport in werewolf form it severly limits the Grizzlys speed and it will also provide a easy life tap targert for smiters. Dont exspect it to kill any barbarians , paladins or super fast sorcerces's either. Main reason elemental druids use it is they can teleport on top of there target and spam tornados at the same time to let there bears hit and it looks so pathetic when you see a grizzly shuffling slowly across the screen only to be nuked in a flury of spells & other attacks.

Would be better to put remaining points in cyclone armor to protect you from hellfire torch fire.

Well, of course it's not gonna be great. The main idea I had was that while furying something the bear (if alive) could run over and get a hit in. And I know it's useless vs alot of classes. But putting points in cyclone is only going to help (and not much) vs amas, smiters, and swinging druids/palas/barbs. Wouldn't it be better to put points in HoW instead in that case? It's useful while on low hp when one hit is going to shift you to human form anyway, and in tvt to support bowazons.

Its kinda just somthing you have to experiment with and see wich you like best. I cant really throw out any ideas since i never use Grizzly or HoW much if at all on my fury wolf.
