FPS/Ping Explanation

Not sure if you're trying to brag or what. With a GeForce4 TI4200 I was able to reach 300FPS only after dropping all features in the drivers and reducing all effects in the game, then standing at the northern-most area of Upper Kurast, where there are no monsters or other graphics to subdue the engine. Mousing over something to display text drops the FPS a good deal, bringing up the message log cut it in half, even when nothing was printed in it. When Baaling, I still hit single-digits when the action got really rough, but with this GeForce2 MX400 it's almost impossible to play. Keep in mind all of this is on a 2002 machine using an AthlonXP 2100+, so I had more than enough for every other game on the market.

In short, the engine is what really limits this game, and I suspect its premature release prevented the programmers from ironing it out. Be happy you can get over 60FPS and under 60 ping.

Memory statistics, ignore them if you have a gigabyte of memory or more and only worry if you have under half a gig: I can barely multitask on my 384MEG (maxed) K6/2-400.
