Elemental Windy Druid Gear Queries (Nightwing's?)

Hi, I have a few queries for a Wind druid. (I'm playing EurSCL)

I'm currently using Nightwing's Veil 15% Cold, is that a good choice? +2skills with a nice damage boost to Hurricane, or should I swap this out for shako? (I'm aware that you can get godly rare circlets)
How expensive are -15req 15all res jewels to put in my Stormshield? Would it be a waste to just put a -15req one in?
Magefists or Trang gloves?
Maras any good? Or go for an okay rare...?

well im not to good with gear but for me i would go with trangloves. Thats about the only one i know for sure. Also id imagine a rare ammy would be fine but a maras is always nice to get but fairly expensive
 
Is it for PvM?
You can pdiamodn your ss or 'Ber' if you want pvp. If you can afford dru amy +19+fcr, go with bloodfists for gloves and get yourself some cool pelt +2dru +3 tornado.

Helm: Shael'd Jalals
Ammy: Perfect Maras
Weap1: Perfect Hoto
Weap2: Perfect Spirit Monarch
Armor: 13xx Defense Enigma
Belt: Spider
Rings: FCR /w Str
Gloves: Mage Fists
Boots: SandStorm Treks
Gc's: 9 Elemental
Torch: 20/20
Annihilus: 20/17/10
Sc's: 8 5%FHR
 
thnx for the tips. i will be sure to do that. should i possibly try to get some 20 sc lifers with some type of mod? if the scs have lil resist mods, will those stack or just keep em at max?

I'd pick life/mana small charms, as resists are not so important on the windy due to cyclone armour. Just recast it.
