Dodgy Alkor!

Have you guys listened to a certain Act 3 NPC's gossip?

"Oh, Asheara's a good customer. She buys a potion of manliness from me every week."

How sickening is that?
 
Yeah, thats pretty sick... seems like Asheara is the butt of all jokes in Kurast, because of that and Hratli's joke about her.

If I knew a person like Asheara I would snicker behind her back too.

You have this underdressed chick who's into bodybuilding who constantly struts around with a python around her neck. I mean, how can you take such a person seriously?
 
I always like to gossip with the "funny" NPCs in Acts 1, 2, and 3 (Gheed, Geglash, and Alkor, respectively). I still remember how hard my friend and I laughed when Gheed told us he was "going to party like it's 999" when we beat Andariel for the first time waaaay back when D2 Classic first came out. :D

Don't forget Gheed also said he would rather stick his sacred scepter into the foulest, most carbuncular trull rather than go into the den of evil.

I've never heard anyone else use that word besides me!
 
:lol: Forgot about that one I remember listening to every piece of dialogue in the game when I finished a couple years ago but now I don't even bother anymore.

Oh of course you couldn't :lol: But then again, could you really take a strange old man who lives in a small hut, is obsessed with Necromancy and hates visitors seriously as well? :lol:

Gheed (about Forgotten tower quest):I named a boil on my @$$ after you, it too annoys me everytime I sit down

That guy in Act 2 that gambles
I miss all the harem guilds (or somethine like that, harems are brothels in my understanding)

Alkor: Hratli is only good for making his silly weapons, it's not like he has the marbles to actually use them!

Alkor is my favourite of all NPCs, I gambled my first set/unique from him :) (it was the artic gloves)
